On a cold rainy night, sometimes nothing is better than a warm, home cooked meal….and the healthier the better!!!
This recipe is packed full of protein and vitamins. It’s vegetarian and gluten free!!!
Vegetarian Stuffed peppers:) …all thanks to my husband Robin.
Pre heat oven to 350
Clean, and boil peppers for 3 minutes, just to soften.
Add in a frying pan
1 pound of veggie meat
1 chopped onion
1 can of tomato sauce
1 garlic clove
1 cup of rice
Grate 1 carrot
Grate 1 celery
Mix everything together
Fill the peppers
Sprinkle with cheese
Place in oven for 30 minutes.
