There is nothing more refreshing than an avocado smoothie. They are simple. flavourful and healthy. Avocados are a great source of healthy fats, vitamins and minerals! Here is my recpipe for an avocado smoothie I became addicted to in Costa Rica!
1 tbsp of honey
1 tsp of spirulina powder
1 full avocado
1 cup of ice
2 cups of rice milk (can do almond milk as well)
I always just throw the ice and milk into the blender without measuring based on how much I want. I have also added a handful of spinach to this smoothie and it doesn’t disrupt the taste.
Add everything into a blender and blend till smooth.
Pour into a glass and ENJOY!
