February Run Streak

This will be our fourth month with a Run Like a Girl challenge and you guys all seem to be loving them!! February is upon us and it can be a tough month to stay motivated. The new year has past, we might already be struggling with our resolutions, itโ€™s still winter but spring is coming closer. We have put together an awesome challenge for this month to keep everyone motivated and inspired as we get through February. And to make things more enticing for everyone, if you complete this challenge, you will receive 20$ to our store… just like that! Sounds pretty awesome right? Complete a fitness challenge, stay motivated and get free swag? Who wouldn’t be in!

Since February only has 28 days, it will be easier to stay accountable all month. Ready for your challenge!? Here it is! We are going to have a 28 day streak run challenge!

How does it work!? Here are the rules.

  1. You must run at least 30 minutes every single day of February. It doesnโ€™t matter how far or how fast, but it must be 30 minutes. You can also walk, run outside, run on the treadmill.. what ever you do, you have to move it!
  2. To stay accountable you must share your run with us on Instagram. Please use tags: #SeemeRLAG and #RLAGstreak to share your daily runs with us. (We are Runlikeagirl_ca)
  3. If you complete the full 28 day challenge and can prove each of your runs to us via instagram, GPS or step counter, we will give you a 20$ gift certificate to our store!!
  4. If you want inโ€ฆ sign your name below! At the end of the 28 days you must email hailey@runlikeagirl.ca with your 28 day runs and you will be awarded 20$ to use on what ever in our store!

Sounds easy enough right!? Letโ€™s run our way through February!
