RLAG JULY Yoga Challenge
This month we are switching things up. Instead of pushing ourselves physically, our goal is to move more inward for this challenge! Our amazing ambassador Kate helped up with this challenge. She is a yoga instructor and has helped us create a different challenge for this month!!
Purpose: To stretch & strengthen while establishing a more consistent home yoga practice!
Here are some tips for completing this challenge!
-Hold poses (asanas) for 3-5 breaths
-The “silent sits” (mindfulness, meditation) are optional but will help develop our mental capacity for running & will clear the mind.
-You can always add more suns/moons.
-You can add each asana to the following day if you want to add more challenge.
-Each side means alternating your right leg and left leg back.
-Try and hold postures for 2 minutes and remember to both sides for each posture!
