I have been using the Bob and Brad Q2 Massage Gun for a while now and it is the best! What I love about it is all of the different massage tip options. There are 5 different shapes and materials, which allow me to change per muscle, per soreness etc. It also has 5 different speeds, its re chargeable, its small and compact, though small it does not disappoint in its strength. This travel size massage gun packs a punch!
This past summer we were away on holidays for about 3 weeks, it was so easy for me to pack this in my bag. We are a very active family and I will find a workout or run anywhere we go! It was really nice to have the massage gun with us. We used it a lot while away, and I say we I mean my husband, kids, and family all used it, and we didn't even need to recharge it while we were away.
I am very impressed with the battery life. Using it almost daily and I charge it maybe once a month.
In September of 2023 I had a knee scope performed on my left knee, in search of the reason why I have a bakers cyst. Its a fairly non-invasive surgery however I was unable to walk for a couple of weeks without crutches and swelling. Very quickly, my left quad muscle deteriorated due to lack of use and it was a slow recovery process to begin engaging the quad. My physio therapist had suggested that we try the massage gun on the lightest speed setting to start waking up the quad, creating movement and vibrations throughout the leg muscles and knee joint.
This massage gun was exactly what I needed to help kick start my recovery.
I am beyond happy with all aspects of this wonderful tool. I highly recommend it. I wish I had shared this before Christmas as it would make an awesome christmas gift. But there is always next Christmas, Birthdays or just because reasons in between. Just because your muscles need this little dependent, useful and reliable tool!

To counter my only positive feedback about it, I would say maybe some might compare it to a larger size massage gun. Yes the larger size guns have some big impact abilities, but it's not about the size. I love how I can tuck this massage gun away at home, its not a giant bulky thing and all the pieces stay together in the little case. Size does not matter here.
