Do your heels slip in your running shoes?
There is a way to help!
It's called lace locking. I learnt this trick many many years ago and have not tied my shoes without it since.
Those random extra holes located at the top of the shoe next to the top hole that the lace comes out of... those are what we are looking for!

Follow below for the steps:
STEP 1:
Take the tip of the lace and insert it into that extra little hole creating a loop. The loop is on the same side as the lace - we are not crossing the lace to the opposite side yet.
Create a loop on each side of the shoe. You should have two little bunny ear shapes.
STEP 2:
Take the ends of each lace, the loose floppy ends, and cross them over to the opposite side.
STEP 3:
Feed the loose lace ends through the loop. (remember now we are putting the tip of the lace through the loop on the opposite side)
STEP 4:
Pull and wiggle the laces tight. You may have to pull really hard or pul the laces back and forth to get a really good locked tight lace.
STEP 5:
Tie laces as usual! Run and enjoy!
