Why Travel With Us?!

We want to travel and experience with you!

Did you know we hosted our first adventure and wellness experience, then called a retreat, in November of 2014. We had 12 people sign up to join us in Costa Rica. We arrived as fellow travellers and left as friends.

Everyone was in search of something. Everyone signed up to join us... even though we were brand new to creating trips. There was something in our why that resonated with the hearts of others.

Their whys may not have been in the forefront at the time of registering but after spending a week in the jungle, hiking, waterfall rappelling, being out of service, meditating, practising yoga, eating amazing fresh food, laughing and crying together, overcoming together... the impact left us no other choice but to go home more connected, more enriched in our hearts and souls.

It was clear very quickly the positive impact we could have in other peoples lives. Those traveling and those whom we were visiting, local villages, towns, the land, the people from these lands and the wildlife.

Since 2014 we have continued to move in the direction of offering experience opportunities to our community.

There is so much to be gained from travelling in small groups of like minded people. Honestly the amount of friends for life relationships that have been formed sets our hearts on fire just thinking about them!

Since 2014 we have added many new experience locations and team members!

In October of 2023 we temporarily closed all of our experiences as we set ahead on another journey of gaining our Travel Agent and Wholesaler License. YEP! We are registered and operating legally in accordance with Consumer Protection BC.
This was no easy feat we will tell you that! But the hard work is always worth it!

As there are so so many other organizations hosting and providing retreats, travel experiences etc. We highly recommend for your best interest to inquire if they are properly certified. Do they have insurance? Do they have permission and permits to be on the land they are on? Do they have this license to be collecting your funds and booking retreat centers? Are you the customer protected in case anything goes wrong? Are the leaders or guides certified and have current first aid training?

These are all really important questions to seek answers to when paying for such a service.
Even the free meetup groups out there... does the leader or host have any training? What are the expectations of the leader and of the group?

If you don't see this Consumer Protection BC check mark logo on their website chances are they are not certified.

Beyond our certifications we want you to know WHY we are so passionate about sharing our experiences with you:

We have spent years solo travelling, travelling in groups and what we have learnt is there is a better way to experience the world. Seeing and experiencing the world through the locals, through the back roads, through love and connection.

  • Our mission is to create opportunities through adventure to challenge people and help them achieve personal growth.
  • We believe that travel is a personal experience that impacts ourselves as well as those who live in the places we travel to. We incorporate volunteering and donations to local organizations that make big differences in the places we visit.
  • We seek new perspectives through those we meet, the places we visit and the positive impact we create when we travel.

We are creating itineraries that are unique. They take you to places other travelers don't get to go to. We take the backroads, visit local families and really immerse ourselves in the culture.

We set out to try new things... on our experiences you will see what we call multisport type of itineraries. Let's try to ride a bike, hike, practise yoga, river raft, kayak, SUP, snorkel, meditate... we aren't sticking to just one activity.
