Run Like a Girl Adventures inc. BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
These are the Terms and Conditions that will apply to your booking one of our trips. Please read them carefully as all participants will be bound by them.
These Terms shall constitute the entire agreement between Run Like a Girl Adventures inc. and the Client relating to the subject matter herein, and shall constitute a binding agreement. There is no verbal or written; representation, warranty, prior agreement, or description of services, other than as expressed herein.
The contract and booking is made by, and services will be provided by, Run Like a Girl Adventures inc. By booking a trip, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship, the cancellation policy and limitations of liability. These Terms and Conditions affect your rights and designate the governing law and forum for the resolution of any and all disputes.

Covid-19 Policy: You are required to be fully vaccinated to attend one of our adventures. Proof of vaccination will need to be provided before the start date of the adventure.
Some countries that we travel to may or may not require a negative Covid-19 test. You the participant are responsible for providing the required travel documents. If you fail to provide the correct documents and are not able to attend the adventure Run Like A Girl Adventures Inc and any additional adventure partnering companies are not responsible for any funds lost such as flight costs, accommodation costs and adventure costs. You will not be refunded for any of your adventure payment.

BOOKING TRIPS & THE CONTRACT
All persons wishing to make a booking have carefully read and understand the Terms and Conditions that follow. By booking with Run Like a Girl Adventures inc., you accept on behalf of yourself to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when Run Like a Girl Adventures inc. sends a confirmation email or when you have completed the deposit payment, or when the minimum number of participants has been reached.
DO NOT book any non-refundable travel until you have received the Trip Information Package or email confirmation that the trip has hit its minimum number of participants.
Our trips are based around active adventures. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are physically prepared for the planned activities. We would love to offer guidance to in preparation for the trip.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
**Please note that Run Like a Girl Adventures inc. only offers tours and related activities to those 18 years of age and older, unless accompanied by an adult. For minors accompanied by adults, the minimum age accepted is 15 years of age.
DEPOSITS
All trip bookings require deposits. Deposits are non refundable in any circumstance.
For all advertised itineraries and dates, a non-refundable deposit per person plus submission of our online registration form is required to complete your booking.
Please note deposits made on all Inca Trail Treks are non-refundable and non-creditable due to the requirement to purchase non-refundable and non-transferable Inca Trail Permits on your behalf to secure your spot on the trip.
Deposits are paid via PayPal and can be paid with all major credit cards or PayPal balances.
We DO NOT keep your credit card on file. When we send over an invoice, you must re-enter your credit card information.
PRICING AND PAYMENTS
Are trips are priced in CAD and or USD depending on the location and country currency.
Trip prices are subject to change without notice.
Run Like a Girl Adventures Inc. is not responsible for any fees incurred due to currency exchange or fees charged by your credit card/bank for processing funds in either currency.
Run Like A Girl Adventures Inc. is not responsible for any costs incurred by the client including air fair and accommodations, that are booked before the trip has met its minimum number of participants if the trip cancels due to not enough participants.
RUN LIKE A GIRL ADVENTURES INC. is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the Client may have incurred as a result of the booking such as visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc.
Final Payment
For all trips, the payment of the FINAL balance of the tour price is due 90 days prior to the trip start date in the currency advertised, unless otherwise stated. You will be sent an invoice and you must complete the payment within 48 hours of receiving it.
If a booking is made within less than 90 days, your full payment will be required one month after your initial booking, unless otherwise stated.
We break down payments into three for most trips, unless otherwise specified.
If the final balance is not received by the 90th day before the trip date and there is no concise reason as to why, Run Like a Girl Adventures Inc. reserves the right to treat the Client’s booking as cancelled.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
The Client must notify Run Like a Girl Adventures Inc. on our registration form of any medical conditions, pregnancy, disability or any other mental and or physical condition which may affect fitness and ability to travel, previous medical conditions and including medications you are currently taking. Failure to notify us may result in the Client being refused certain activities during the trip at the client’s own expense. Some trips may be unsuitable for Clients due to age, mobility, disability, pregnancy or physical or mental conditions, please email if you have concerns. It is vital that you are accurate with your fitness level and medical conditions for your own safety.
Run Like a Girl Adventures Inc. will do its best to meet special requests including dietary or physical limitations but such requests may not always be possible depending on the trip. As a client you MUST carry medical insurance. Your medical insurance must also cover you in case of helicopter transportation. Medical facilities vary from country to country and Run Like a Girl Adventures Inc. will do its absolute best to bring you to a proper medical facility as needed.
CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY THE CLIENT
Any cancellation by a Client must be made in writing (via email) and be acknowledged by Run Like a Girl Adventures Inc. in writing (via email).
Under no circumstances is your deposit refundable. Deposits are required to secure bookings.
If you cancel your trip prior to the 90 days before the trip start and you have made additional payments to your deposit, 50% of your paid balance (minus the deposit) can be rolled over to anther date of the same trip within one calendar year. If your trip is not offered again, you can switch locations and fees can be transferred.
If you cancel your trip within 90 days of the trip start date, for any reason, you are responsible for completing the entirety of the trip payment. No payments are refundable within 90 days of the trip start date.
Fees apart from the deposit can be refunded in special circumstances including:
-Serious injury or illness of the client
-Serious injury or illness of close family member

CANCELLATION OF A TOUR BY RUN LIKE A GIRL OR PARTNERING COMPANIES.
Our trips are guaranteed to depart once they have minimum group size booked. RUN LIKE A GIRL ADVENTURES INC. reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason, but will rarely cancel a tour less than 90 days before departure except for what is considered an “act of god”, unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside any organizations control. When a tour is cancelled by RUN LIKE A GIRL ADVENTURES INC. or partnering companies, before the agreed date of trip departure in the case of a natural disaster that prevents the entirety of the trip from taking place, Run Like a Girl Adventures inc. applies to the “act of god” rule and no fees will be refunded to the clients.
If the Client is offered a refund but requests an alternative trip of a higher value than that originally booked, then the Client must pay the difference in price.
Where, after departure, a significant element of the trip contracted for cannot be provided, RUN LIKE A GIRL ADVENTURES INC. will make suitable alternative arrangements for the continuation of the trip. If it is not possible to provide a suitable alternative or the Client reasonably rejects any suitable alternatives, RUN LIKE A GIRL ADVENTURES INC. will provide the Client a refund of unused tour portions. Significant alterations do not include the substitution of a vessel, modification of itineraries, change in cabin category or hotel accommodation.
