Hi! I’m Tyra, I’m a certified Nutritionist! I have found my passion in coaching endurance athletes, and helping people create balanced lifestyles around training. With my personal experience with weight loss and my continuing education, I am eager to help those with weight loss goals!
I founded EnduraFuel with a deep passion for ultra-distance trail races. Over the past 9 years, I have competed in obstacle course racing, 1/2 marathon road races and finally settling into my newfound home on the trails in beautiful British Columbia. My goal is to help new and experienced endurance athletes, by teaching nutrition fuelling to increase their performance in their sport and achieve their goals. Trial and error fuelling can be overwhelming both mentally and physically. Figuring out what to eat, how much and why you even need it! I can take the confusing, and time-consuming task of fuelling off your hands so you can focus on finishing your next race faster, happier and recover better.
Additionally, I can help with anyone requiring coaching on weight loss and building a system to start enjoying grocery shopping and cooking at home. My weight loss programs will help you learn what your food consists of in terms of proteins, carbs and fats to use food to your advantage! Through my weight loss program, you’ll cut down your take-out bill, see sustainable weight loss and still enjoy the deserts and your favourite foods.

Hello there. My name is Lisa and I am a CFES certified personal trainer, active aging coach and nutrition coach. I am a wife, mom of 2 adult kids, and a grandma. I have a dog and cat as well. Born and raised in British Columbia, I currently reside in the Shuswap region of BC.
As an outdoor enthusiast, I enjoy hiking, walking, running, yoga, strength workouts, kayaking, biking and SUP. Generally, I love all activities, and I am willing to try new ones.
I entered the fitness industry later in life at age 50 – my life was forever changed. I enjoyed how great I felt and the amazing support I received. It made a world of difference in my overall well being. This made me realize I wanted to give back to people in a better way. I wanted to help people become the very best versions of themselves. I wanted to help people gain confidence, physical and mental well being. But it didn’t happen overnight. In my younger years, I was very unfit, full of low self esteem and very unmotivated. I also was a smoker till 39. Eventually, I turned my health and wellness around by quitting the habit of smoking first. Then, I gained weight and lost confidence in how I looked. A few years later, around the age of 46, my Bff urged me to start
running. She had started to run in the winter with a local run club. Inspired, I started in the late Spring of 2012. I ran with a “couch to 5k program” and just kept going… Eventually, I ran a half marathon.
As I was edging ever close to 50 I was looking for something else to help me handle mental stress from my job and get my body even more fit. I joined a local gym and hired myself a personal trainer. I started to feel better, make better food choices and gain confidence.
So, 7 years ago I opened my GYM at home and started with just 1 client. Now, I mostly coach virtually with clients that are 45+. I want to enrich my clients’ lives by sharing my story. It really is never too late to start.
I continue daily to educate myself and work hard to be a great trainer. But more so a person who understands and will listen to your desires. Health and wellness are a mind and body connection.

My name is Ally I am a RLAG Team Leader/Regional Leader and Experience Leader.
I have had a lot of history in competitive sports, 6x member of the Canadian age group world trails on team, 5 Ironmans, cycled across Canada in 2017 and have probably done over 30 marathons, ultraman and the likely.
My true love is being in the woods and helping others go after their dreams!
With a background in Nutrition, Coaching, Certs in Cycling, OCC Trail Running and Trail Hiking Leader and Professional Certs in Cross Country Skiing, which I am currently teaching and offering in Calgary and the bow valley and LL area, I also look to break my own boundaries and live my love taking up rowing just a year and a half ago I will be going to the Aussie nationals and worlds in Germany this year.
So I truly believe when you try you will find your love … ps my love also included 4 paws and a tail … and he loves the mountains and trails too.
