ROXANNE MOREAU


  • Roxanne has been a fitness professional in the fitness industry for 25 years working with athletes through group fitness and one on one. Everything from dry land for hockey teams to coaching kickboxing to women and girls.
    Roxanne has run well over 50 half marathons, 8 full marathons all before discovering ultras! She has a few 50ks under her belt as well as the Coastal Challenge Adventure distance in Costa Rica. This summer she has her heart set on completing the 50 mile solo at Sinister 7 Ultra in July. This passion has led Roxanne to coaching others, and helping a lot of women to see just how strong and capable they are, to realize running is so much more than just the act of running, but something that empowers every aspect of your life.  From learn to run all the way up to full marathon distance, Roxanne can help you reach hour goals too.

JEN SEGGER


  • For over a decade, Jen has been working with athletes of all levels, from the total newbie to the elite. Her athletes are located all over North America, Europe, Australia and Africa. Through custom online training and constant communication, goals are achieved!

    For athletes living in the Whistler, Squamish, Vancouver BC area, Jen is able to meet, test and train individuals in person at her indoor cycling studio, RIM. The facility features a state of the art body composition machine and an 11 rider SPIVI based cycling set-up. This provides athletes who need to train year round with purpose while receiving instant feedback on their progress. Group sessions for strength along with movement & mobility classes and personal training are offered. Jen has paired several methods of training with her own style of functional endurance techniques enables athletes to take what they do indoors and apply it to real outdoor sport. Athletes of all levels, young and old, can benefit and excel from quality, professional and focused training!  As Jen believes, there is no point in being “gym fit” but rather, train to be strong and ready to pursue your outdoor passions.

    Jen only works with a set number of athletes at a time in order to keep coaching personalized and of quality.  Various tiers and packages exist.  Find one that meets your budget and lets start training!

Katherine Feeney


  • Katherine Feeney is a nutrition coach, ultra runner, and founder of the Healthy Redefined Movement. She is your not-so-typical health coach looking to make a bigger impact on the world: to help women develop a positive relationship with food & their body. 

    Her passion comes from personal challenges as well as working with several clients who have struggled with food and body image issues. Katherine studied at the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in Vancouver, BC in 2009 and has been helping women live healthier and happier lives ever since.
