Where?

Normally our program would include training virtually and then meeting together in an amazing mountain location to complete our goal however we have created a new program design that trains you to run your goal distance virtually and complete your goal distance where you live!

Until it is safe for all of us to meet in person and promote travel again we will stay within our communities and empower each other through our training via video meetings!

What?

This Conquer The Mountain Virtual Training Program has a 5k, 10k and 1/2 Marathon distance option. Each program includes an 8-12 weeks of virtual training! We are going to train together, virtually where we live for 8-12 weeks and then run our goal distance where we live on the same day! This run is NOT A RACE! But a personal experience supported by our team!

The 8-12 week programs include coaching with Keri Bowzaylo, Zoom consultations, an 8-12 week customized mileage plan to your level and lifestyle, updates and or modifications to your program if needed, an at home stretch and release program, HIP mobility program, private Facebook group with weekly topic discussions, Zooms sessions on the following topics and a group Finish Celebration Party!

Our program has been designed to help you set and achieve your goal! We want to remove any pressure or uncertainty that you might feel about increasing your distance or learning to run in the trails/mountains!

  • April 25, 2021: First week of 1/2 program starts – CLOSED

  • May 2, 2021: First week of 5k program starts – CLOSED
  • June 26, 2021 Run Day
  • This virtual program has no participant limit
  • May 2, 2021: First week of 10k program starts – CLOSED
  • June 26, 2021 Run Day
  • This virtual program has no participant limit

Who?

For anyone and everyone who is looking to challenge themselves, achieve a new running distance, learn to trail run and be inspired and empowered by women!

This experience is truly unique and unforgettable. This is a women’s only program.

Our virtual program has been designed to help you set and achieve your goal! We want to remove any pressure or uncertainty that you might feel about increasing your distance or learning to run in the trails/mountains!

We recommend that you have a running base of 5-8kms to start the 1/2 program, a running base of 4kms for the 10k program and you can start out for your first 5k with our 5k program!
