• She is a mom, ultra-runner, published author, devoted outdoor enthusiast with 18 years of experience in the running and mountain community, ran her first Marathon when she was 21 and first Ultra Marathon at 23. She has travelled, studied, raced and volunteered in 15 countries.

• 13 years of experience hosting, organizing and operating community events, running events and races.
• 12 years of experience hosting, creating, guiding travel experiences (including international)
• 17 years of experience in the running, trail running and fitness industry.
• 14 years of experience as a business owner
• 15 years of experience in retail (including MEC & Lululemon) as team leads, in store department leads, group running leads.
• 10 years of experience in community recreation & events industry, including City Employment at recreation centers, art studios, teaching children’s art classes.
• Certifications include Outdoor Council of Canada Hiking and Trail Running Guide, Stand Up Paddle Board Guide, Wilderness First Aid Level 1 Certified, Licensed Travel Agent and Wholesaler.
