Canmore, Alberta. The beauty is enviable, geography mind-boggling.  With the arms of the majestic Rockies wrapped around it and a pulse that resembles a much larger city, Canmore feels larger than life. It's made up of an eclectic mix, this quaint small town in the wild. It's got endless amounts of outdoor activities, world-class mountain sports, and standout wellness facilities combined with impressive food and dining experiences, one-of-a-kind locally-owned boutiques, and a vibrant arts and cultural scene. All this within the backdrop of provincial parks, unspoiled wilderness, and show-stopping mountain peaks.

We have hand picked some of our favourite hiking routes and activities in Canmore, with some incredible local wellness coaches, put them together in one weekend to create a safe place where you can explore, relax and rejuvenate together.


This experience includes a Friday night meet and greet, group candle light stretching session followed by a session with Anastasia Hendryanto, a certified Life and Wellness Coach.

Our session is about: Power of Vulnerability – The courage to explore the things that once scared you.

Saturday morning we move our bodies through a rise and shine pilates class, followed by goal setting, journaling and how to put ourselves first with Anastasia. In the afternoon we head to Cascade Ponds, in Banff for a medicine walk with Brenda. We conclude our day with a group dinner and a night rise experience on the Banff Gondola.

We are going to be welcoming Sunday with a celebratory sunrise hike! Our experience has been designed to challenge you and create connection and reflection in many different ways! Celebrating and supporting each other as we make it through this weekends adventures!

  • This trip runs on a minimum of 6 participants 


For our community who is looking to explore, relax, learn and grow. A beginner to intermediate fitness level will suit this group. This is a female identifying only trip.

Please note, we do require that you have some walking experience and are comfortable on your feet for 3+ hours.

Arrival & The Power of Vulnerability 

  • Today you are arriving in Canmore and checking into your selected accommodations.
  • 7:00pm we come together for a meet and greet Candle Light Stretch Session.
  • 8:00pm we gather with Life and Wellness Coach, Anastasia Hendryanto, to explore the Power of Vulnerability – The courage to explore the things that once scared you.

Accommodation: Not included, recommended - Canmore Inn & Suites

  • Anastasia Hendryanto is a certified Life and Wellness Coach with over 20 years of experience in the wellness industry. Her speciality is Vitality and Life Design.

    She helps exhausted and overwhelmed women get their confidence, energy and time back so they can have more fun and adventures. She believes that we all deserve to thrive, not just survive. Our needs and desires matter. It’s all about filling our cup first and watching everything in our life get easier and more joyful.

    Life doesn’t need to be hard and stressful. Managing our thoughts is a skill that anyone can learn. Once we understand how our brain works, we can make better decisions. We can recover our confidence build a life we love one decision at a time.

    Anastasia is passionate about the art and science of vitality because she’s survived severe burnout twice . Her mission is to prevent the spread of burnout by sharing the most effective tools and strategies that help women thrive.
