- 18+ years of experience in the outdoor, ultra running and mountain community.
- We are Certified Hiking and Trail Running Guides with the Outdoor Council of Canada.
- We are event directors and creators.
- We love to engage in person with those looking to be part of an inclusive community.
- They are Mommas on a mission to create more confident, empowered and knowledgeable communities.
