Join us for a winter tune up session! It’s that time of year… we have put all the miles on our legs and it’s time to re focus on, stretching, mobility and strength!
Pilates with a twist. Improving running efficiency and helping to prevent injuries. Working on balance, stability, mobility, and strength.

Equipment: Broomstick, bender ball or rolled up hand towel, yoga strap or housecoat rope.
